Project description
TAC Data Centers plans a 1+ GW campus of 9 to 11 single-story buildings, 3.5 to 4M sq ft, on about 1,000 acres in eastern Wythe County southeast of I-81. The county has no zoning, so no rezoning is needed. The first phase should be online by 2029 and the second in 2031 to 2032.
