Related Digital broke ground Oct 7, 2025 on a $1.2B first phase of a 115-acre Cheyenne Business Parkway campus with up to 302 MW of critical IT capacity; the first 184,000 sq ft building delivers 88 MW leased long-term to anchor tenant CoreWeave and is expected complete late 2026.
