Project description
QTS San Antonio II, LLC holds Texas air authorizations for QTS SAT2 DC1 at the northwest corner of Potranco Road and Ingram Road, the first taken in January 2022 and a second in October 2025 as the campus added a building. The Texas licensing record for the first building, a $60 million project at 8535 Potranco Road, closed in April 2022, which is when the campus began operating.
