Project description
QTS Data Centers bought the 1,600-acre Project Marvel site for $432 million in late June 2026 and will operate the $14.5 billion hyperscale campus: 18 buildings spanning 4.5 million sq ft, with Alabama Power supplying 1,200 MW. Energy and Policy Institute (2026-08-28) adds the site was rezoned in November 2025 and the QTS affiliate paid $431.7 million in July 2026.
