Project description

Four buildings are planned on Beech Road SW at 222 MW of critical power, covering 93 acres and more than 1 million sq ft for roughly $1.5 billion. New Albany 1 at 675 Beech Road has 144 MW on 56 acres, and New Albany 2 at 785 Beech Road has 78 MW in two buildings on 37 acres. The electrical substation was finished in late 2024 and the buildings are being delivered in phases.
