Project description
Four buildings on Beech Road SW planned at 222 MW of critical power across 93 acres and more than 1 million sq ft, roughly $1.5 billion: New Albany 1 at 675 Beech Road (144 MW, 56 acres) and New Albany 2 at 785 Beech Road (78 MW, two buildings on 37 acres). The electrical substation completed in late 2024 and the buildings are being delivered in phases.
