Project description
QTS submitted plans to Glendale for a 16-building campus of about 3M sq ft on 391 acres in the C|303 industrial park, north of Camelback Rd along Cotton Lane. It has 750 MW of planned power and a 29-acre substation, and it'll be built out in pairs over several years.
