Project description
Nine-building campus at 2143 Hands Mill Highway on nearly 800 acres, coming online in three phases; phase one is four buildings on 109 acres and QTS has topped out the first facility. Project value has grown from the $1 billion unveiled in 2023 to $8 billion; second phase expected to break ground in early 2027.
