Project description
The nine-building campus at 2143 Hands Mill Highway sits on nearly 800 acres and comes online in three phases. Phase one is four buildings on 109 acres, and QTS has topped out the first facility. The project's value has grown from $1 billion when it was unveiled in 2023 to $8 billion, and the second phase is expected to break ground in early 2027.
