Prime Data Centers is seeking conditional-use approval for seven data center buildings (1.8M sq ft) on ~155 acres at Starpointe Business Park, powered by a 350 MW on-site natural gas plant operating independently of the grid; construction expected to begin early 2027 with each building taking 14-16 months.
