Project description
Poe Cos. and PowerHouse Data Centers are 'already building' an $11 billion, 400-megawatt hyperscale data center along the Ohio River southwest of Louisville. Louisville planners signed off on it earlier in 2026. The land is partly owned by the city utility and sits near a wastewater treatment site, and it's described as Louisville's only approved hyperscale data center.
