Poe Cos. and PowerHouse Data Centers are 'already building' an $11 billion, 400-megawatt hyperscale data center that Louisville planners signed off on earlier in 2026 along the Ohio River southwest of Louisville, on land partly owned by the city utility near a wastewater treatment site; described as Louisville's only approved hyperscale data center.
