Company project page lists a 122-acre, 1.5M SF campus of up to four two-story buildings with max utility power of 380 MW, power delivery Q2 2027 and construction/delivery running Q1 2026–Q4 2028. PowerHouse press release (2025-01-14) said Phase 1 site preparation was under way with building construction to start March 2026 and all four buildings complete in 2027.
