Project description
The company's project page lists a 122-acre, 1.5M SF campus with up to four two-story buildings and max utility power of 380 MW. Power delivery is Q2 2027, with construction and delivery running from Q1 2026 to Q4 2028. A PowerHouse press release on Jan 14, 2025 said Phase 1 site preparation was under way, building construction would start in March 2026 and all four buildings would be complete in 2027.
