Poe Companies and PowerHouse Data Centers plan the $9.6 billion Carrollton Industrial Campus on 550 acres just off I-71 in Carrollton, in the early planning stage; data center activity on about 300 acres, ~2,130 construction jobs and 320 permanent jobs, $11.1 million/year PILOT to the city over 20 years.
