Project description
Poe Companies and PowerHouse Data Centers plan the $9.6 billion Carrollton Industrial Campus on 550 acres just off I-71 in Carrollton. It's in the early planning stage, with data center activity on about 300 acres. The project would bring about 2,130 construction jobs and 320 permanent jobs, and it'd pay the city an $11.1 million/year PILOT over 20 years.
