Eagle Rock Partners' Pine Ridge Tech Park got a rezoning from Twiggs County commissioners covering about 300 acres of timberland near the Ocmulgee River. The hyperscale AI data center has a projected 900 MW demand and is expected to be complete sometime after 2028.
