Project description
Penzance's Bedington Campus, the state's first designated High Impact Intelligence Center, will sit on 548 acres in the Falling Waters District of Berkeley County and at full build-out total ~1.9 million sq ft delivering 600 MW of critical IT capacity, a $4 billion private investment.
