Project description
NuVu Real Estate's campus between I-95 and County Drive became the first data center in Petersburg to get site plan approval. It has three buildings on 75 acres, is planned at 300 megawatts and is estimated at $1.1 billion. It needed no rezoning and skipped public hearings.
