Project description
The former Jefferson Proving Ground is the site of a planned hyperscale campus of nine buildings totaling 7,175,657 sq ft on 549 acres. The county planning and zoning office approved the site plan in February 2026, and the land was already zoned industrial. The multi-year phased build runs 3 to 4 years and brings about 300 full-time jobs.
