Project description
JGT2 Redevelopment plans a $550 million colocation data center at the former Androscoggin paper mill in Jay, with an 82 MW allotment from Central Maine Power and construction planned to start in summer 2026; the governor's April 2026 veto of the LD 307 moratorium let it proceed.
