Project description
Google confirmed it's the end user of Panattoni's 1 GW 'Project Cannoli' campus on about 130 developed acres of a 282-acre site between I-275, I-94 and Haggerty Rd. Plans call for three data centers plus network and office buildings totaling more than 800,000 sq ft, with Walbridge as GC. DTE will add 2.7 GW of clean resources.
