Project description
Project Bunkhouse is a planned 12-building data center campus on Taff Road near Stilesboro in Bartow County, Georgia, about an hour northwest of downtown Atlanta. The county approved its rezoning in June 2025. Bartow County puts the campus at about 1.3 GW of computing capacity and roughly $18 billion of investment by Digital Realty, while a 2025 site plan put its power needs as high as 1,830 MW across three on-site substations.
