Project description
Digital Realty filed to rezone about 156 acres at 12899 Moores Chapel Road for a two-building campus of up to 3 million sq ft with a combined 400 MW IT load. The Charlotte Observer reported on April 23, 2025 that the rezoning was approved, and Bisnow noted on July 22, 2026 that pre-moratorium projects may proceed.
