Digital Realty filed to rezone ~156 acres at 12899 Moores Chapel Road for a two-building campus of up to 3 million sq ft delivering a combined 400 MW IT load; Charlotte Observer (2025-04-23) reported the rezoning approved and Bisnow (2026-07-22) notes pre-moratorium projects may proceed.
