Project description
Digital Realty paid about $475M for about 1,440 acres of powered land at Astra Enterprise Park, the former Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant. Its Evergy agreement covers 600 MW by early 2028, rising to as much as 2 GW at full delivery. The first phase, Astra North, covers 280 acres with nine buildings and about 3M sq ft.
