Digital Realty acquired ~1,440 acres of powered land at Astra Enterprise Park (former Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant) for ~$475M with an Evergy agreement for 600 MW by early 2028 rising to up to 2 GW at full delivery; first phase Astra North covers 280 acres with nine buildings (~3M sq ft).
