North Port Holdings 300 LLC has applied for a seven-building, 896,000 sq ft data center campus south of Yorkshire Street near the Charlotte County border that would draw 50 MW; the application was resubmitted during the Aug. 31 meeting at which commissioners advanced an 18-month data center moratorium on first reading (second reading Sept. 22).
