Project description

DC BLOX bought 55 acres on North River Road and started construction of a 180 MW, 750,000-sq-ft two-story campus of twelve data halls. On Sept 8, 2026 Douglasville approved $53M+ in incentives for phase 2, a combined 120 MW (80 MW + 40 MW buildings) costing $739M and due 2029, within a $1.2B campus (Douglas County Sentinel).
