Project description
Festus City Council approved additional annexations on Aug 24, 2026 (5-2) for CRG's estimated $6B data center on 361 acres north of Highway 67 and west of Highway CC, following a March 30, 2026 development agreement and a 240-acre annexation in Nov 2025; construction has not begun and CRG hopes to start work in November 2026. An unnamed hyperscaler will operate it.
