Project description
Cologix bought about 154 acres in Johnstown in November 2024 for eight AI-ready data centers, 800 MW and 2.0 million sq ft at full build, a $7 billion investment. Site work on the first phase was expected to start in 2025 and mid-2026 reports still describe the campus as about to begin.
