CleanSpark signed a twenty-year triple-net infrastructure lease at its Sandersville, Georgia campus covering 175 MW of critical IT load, with deliveries expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027. The lease is worth $6.6 billion of contracted revenue over the initial term and up to $11.6 billion if both five-year extensions are taken.
