Loudoun supervisors approved 1.3 million sq ft of data center use on the 112-acre site at 19560 Hyperspace Lane, Ashburn on 2024-04-10. Virginia DEQ then issued Belmont Holdings I, LLC an air permit on 2026-01-28 to build and run emergency diesel gen-sets for the data center there.
