Project description
Outside Corpus Christi, this 525-acre campus has 1,000 MW of utility capacity from AEP Texas, with interconnection and site approvals secured. Two 352 MW IT leases to an investment-grade tenant bring contracted IT capacity to 704 MW and fully commercialize the campus. About $17B of capital investment is planned across phases 1 and 2.
