Project description
Applied Digital is building Polaris Forge 2, an AI Factory campus on 900+ contracted acres near Harwood, north of Fargo. Its two buildings total 300 MW, leased to an investment-grade hyperscaler, with initial ready for service expected in the second half of 2026 and full capacity in early 2027.
