Project description
Applied Digital signed a lease of about 15 years with a US hyperscaler covering 300 MW of critical IT load at Delta Forge 1, worth about $7.5B in total contracted value. The campus will initially comprise two 150 MW facilities on more than 500 acres, drawing on 430 MW of total utility power, and initial operations are expected to start in mid-2027.
