Project description
Applied Digital is seeking to build a 2,000,000 sq ft data center in Brookwood and a state environmental permit has already been granted; a related Project Brookwood LLC (Youngwoo & Associates) annexation/rezoning of hundreds of acres across from Brookwood Middle School goes to the city council for a vote on Sept. 15, 2026. The mayor says a hyperscale project would bring 2,000-3,000 construction jobs and 100 permanent jobs.
