Project description
AEP won Ohio Power Siting Board approval in September 2025 to install 228 Bloom Energy fuel cells, a 72.9 megawatt solid oxide fuel cell facility, at the Amazon Web Services campus off Scioto Darby Road in Hilliard. The city dropped its appeal of the state air permit in September 2026.
