Remington Technology Park LP's DEQ air permit for natural-gas gen-sets at 12270 Lucky Hill Road was approved in 2019 and amended 2022-12-06. Power delays held up construction, and in July 2026 Fauquier supervisors approved on-site gas fuel cells for the PointOne data center campus.
