QTS is moving forward with plans to add 17 data center buildings, nearly 8M sq ft, across ~1,100 acres (a 600-acre tract plus another sizeable tract) near its White Oak Technology Park campus, which already has over 3M sq ft built; QTS applied to DEQ for permits covering 370 diesel emergency generators (Richmond BizSense).
