DCK (2015-06-19): Markley bought a 350,000 sq ft building on 14 acres in Lowell to convert into a 50 MW data center, phase one due that October. GBH (2026-07-29) confirms Markley has operated the 352,000 sq ft facility since 2015 and reached an agreement with the city to proceed with pre-moratorium expansion plans.
