CoreSite has topped out DE3 at 4900 Race Street in Elyria-Swansea. The Denver campus expansion covers 600,000 sq ft and 60 critical MW, with first availability targeted for 2026. CoreSite's DE3 page puts that first building at about 170,000 sq ft and 18 MW at full build, operational in late 2026.
