Project description
Beale, backed by Blue Owl, detailed a $3B hyperscale campus near K-10 in De Soto with four buildings and about 1M sq ft on 290 acres. First-phase construction was set to begin in May 2026. An unnamed large technology company will lease the campus and Evergy will serve power. IRBs of up to $50B were approved.
