Vantage proposes a 480 MW campus (scalable to 1 GW) of three to five buildings on 1,800 acres on Terry Ranch Road 12 miles south of Cheyenne, with an on-site gas plant and closed-loop cooling; initial investment $4.8B-$9.6B, permitting late 2026-2027 and grading permit targeted early 2027.
