Project description
Vantage broke ground on its first Midwest campus in October 2024: three two-story hyperscale buildings totalling 192 MW across 1.5 million sq ft on 70 acres at Silicon Heartland Innovation Park, with more than $2 billion invested. The first building was slated for operation in December 2025 and the second, OH12, topped out in May 2026, with phases rolling out through 2028.
