Tract closed on 1,200 acres north of Ashland approved by Hanover supervisors in March 2024; Hanover Technology Park will support up to 2.4 GW at full build, zoning and entitlements approved, horizontal permitting under way, long-lead substation equipment ordered with Dominion, bridging power as early as 2026 and site energization targeted for 2028.
