Project description
Tract closed on 1,200 acres north of Ashland that Hanover supervisors approved in March 2024. Hanover Technology Park will support up to 2.4 GW at full build, and zoning and entitlements are approved while horizontal permitting is under way. Long-lead substation equipment has been ordered with Dominion. Bridging power could come as early as 2026, and site energization is targeted for 2028.
