Project description
A 141-acre, 250 MW hyperscale campus in Butler County: four 220,000 sq ft single-story buildings, an on-site substation and a utility building, 899,065 sq ft in total. The Trenton Planning Commission approved the site plan in March 2026 with a 15-year, 75% property-tax CRA; construction was set to start in fall 2026 for a 2028 first building and full completion by 2029.
