Project description
Nebius plans a 1.2 GW campus on about 600 acres at Highridge Business Park, at I-81 and Gordon Mountain Road, with a dedicated energy service agreement with PPL. Phase 1 brings 260 MW by October 2027 and Phase 2 brings 660 MW by January 2029. Phase 3 is 1,000+ MW by November 2029.
