Project description
A 300-megawatt data center at Oxmoor Corporate Park, dubbed BHM01; Phase I would deliver 100 MW followed by an additional 200 MW in Phase II. Nebius planned to begin construction in spring 2026 and finish full build-out by 2028. AL.com (via Yahoo, 2026-08-24) reports the $36 billion project is under construction, currently in the demolition phase; Yahoo/AL.com (2026-07-22) says two data centers spanning 450,000 sq ft on 75 acres, $36 billion over 30 years.
