BHM01 is a 300-megawatt data center at Oxmoor Corporate Park, with 100 MW in Phase I and another 200 MW in Phase II. Nebius planned to start construction in spring 2026 and finish the full build-out by 2028. AL.com, via Yahoo on Aug 24, 2026, reports the $36 billion project is under construction and currently in the demolition phase. A Yahoo/AL.com piece on July 22, 2026 described two data centers spanning 450,000 sq ft on 75 acres, $36 billion over 30 years.
