Project description

Construction work continues at Google's $4 billion, 1,100-acre data center project just outside West Memphis (photo dated June 1, 2026). Per a PSC staff memo, Google begins taking electric service in February 2027 at 40-50 MW and ramps over 2.5 years to a minimum bill demand of 480 MW and a maximum contract demand of 600 MW, reaching full capacity by October 2029.
