Project description
Google is behind Project Pegasus at 411 Pegasus Parkway in LaGrange: a 420-acre site where a 600,000+ sq ft former Jindal Films building is being retrofitted, 50 MW operational initially with potential to expand to 400 MW, $8 billion investment backed by an $8B industrial revenue bond; construction under way and first phase operational by end of 2026.
