Project description
CAL-3 is eStruxture's 90 MW, Tier III facility in Rocky View County outside Calgary, engineered for dense AI workloads. CoreWeave signed on as anchor tenant for part of phase 1, and eStruxture scheduled it to come online in the second half of 2026.
