Project description
The Licking County project comes in two phases. The first converts a 524,525 sq ft warehouse at 9850 Innovation Campus Way, with completion expected in April 2026. The second is a new two-story 700,000 sq ft building plus an 80,000 sq ft energy center, due by Q3 2027. Power comes from behind-the-meter gas plants, a 120 MW PowerConneX energy center and a proposed 216 MW second plant that's been filed with the Ohio Power Siting Board.
