Project description
Two phases in Licking County: the conversion of a 524,525 sq ft warehouse at 9850 Innovation Campus Way (completion expected April 2026) and a new two-story 700,000 sq ft building plus an 80,000 sq ft energy center due by Q3 2027. Power comes from behind-the-meter gas plants, a 120 MW PowerConneX energy center and a proposed 216 MW second plant filed with the Ohio Power Siting Board.
