Project description
With the 2.4M sq ft former Sears headquarters demolished, construction has begun on the first two of five data center buildings planned on the 197-acre Hoffman Estates site. Compass paid $194M for the site in 2023 and projects a $10B total investment, with five hyperscale buildings each over 250,000 sq ft.
