Project description
The City of Chaska's project page for the CloudHQ data center says the conditional use permit was granted in October 2023 and the preliminary site plan and plat were approved by the Planning Commission and City Council in October 2024, for a data center of roughly 1.5 million square feet in the West Creek Corporate Center. Final site plan approval is still outstanding and the developer has not filed a final application, so no construction has started.
