Amazon Data Services filed with TDLR for four buildings of 189,060 sq ft each on about 2,700 acres near FM 1301 and FM 442. Each is $300M, for $1.2B across those four, while The Real Deal puts the whole Project Eagle campus at $10 billion. Construction starts Aug 1, 2026, with three buildings done in January 2027 and the fourth in August 2027.
