Amazon applied to the Army Corps for the Mattameade Data Center: 11 two-story buildings, an office building and three substation pads on ~1,143 acres southeast of I-95 and Mudd Tavern Road spanning Caroline and Spotsylvania counties, for a minimum of roughly 770 MW by 2027.
