Project description
Amazon applied to the Army Corps for the Mattameade Data Center, with 11 two-story buildings, an office building and three substation pads. The site covers about 1,143 acres southeast of I-95 and Mudd Tavern Road and spans Caroline and Spotsylvania counties. It's planned for a minimum of roughly 770 MW by 2027.
